About Me
I began my career as a ballet dancer and retrained as a Physiotherapist when injury prevented me continuing as a dancer. Pilates helped me enormously and was a wonderful adjunct to Physiotherapy. I decided to train as a Pilates instructor qualifying in 2010 and have continued with my professional development ever since.
I recently moved to Berwick where I am looking forward to helping people achieve their goals and their full potential, regardless of their starting point, whilst enjoying the journey.
